Edwards Lifesciences Human Resources Apprentice - France & Benelux in Guyancourt, France

As part of the HR team working for France & Benelux , the HR Apprentice will contribute to several subjects in order to support reaching the company business and employment goals. This position will be starting September 2024, so if you are looking for an opportunities to develop your talent as Apprentice while finishing your studies in HR, here's your chance.

How will you make an impact:

• On boarding and orientation process for new employees (eg: welcome meeting, draft announcement, etc.).

• Elaborate and follow-up activities for our well-being program (eg: Family day organization, office events, fitness classes, etc.).

• Collaboration to prepare payroll documentation, absence management.

• Data Management – proper use of all HR systems, ensure compliance, maintain data up-to-date, reporting (Workday).

• Participate in special projects and other incidental duties.

What you will need (Required):

Studying a Master's degree in Human Resources (M1 or M2 level) and able to start September 1st.

Proficient in French and English.

What else we look for (Preferred):

• 6 months to 1 year of previous related experience in Human Resources.

• Ability and interest in working in a multicultural/diverse environment.

• Analytical skills and troubleshooting mindset that enable to propose creative and innovative solutions.

• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.

• Proven expertise in usage of MS Office and social network.

• Good understanding of local labor laws in France.

• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules).
