Beyond raising awareness, our Marketing teams build lasting, trusted relationships with medical professionals and industry stakeholders to ensure patients can receive the treatments they need.

How you'll make an impact:

• Project manage complex or large congresses/event elements including pre-planning, onsite set-up and post congress communications

• Establish and drive project plans; ensure milestones and deadlines are met

• Negotiate complex contracts

• Manage deliverables and payments to Congress Associations; track and reconcile all project budgets

• Assess needs for ancillary meetings and requests at national congresses

• Lead site evaluations

• Initiate and implement of all consulting agreements, non-discloser agreements and RFAA contracts; serve as liaison with legal department.

• Manage event planning responsibilities such as communications, travel, AV and F&B planning

• Other duties as assigned by Management

What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience

What else we look for (Preferred):

• Experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry

• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills

• Substantial knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to strategic event planning

• Strict attention to detail

• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment

• Must be able to work in a team environment, working closely with global marketing team, key opinion leaders and regional sales managers

• Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations

• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California, the base pay range for this position is $78,000 to $110,000 (highly experienced).
