We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategy Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional presentation and slide-making abilities, and a strategic mindset. This role involves analyzing market trends, developing strategic plans, and presenting insights to senior management to drive business growth and innovation.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Presentation Development: Create compelling and visually appealing presentations and slides to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and support development of dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, communication, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in strategy analysis.

What you'll need (Required):

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy analysis, management consulting, or a related field.

  • Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to create and deliver high-quality presentations and slides.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and financial modeling.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.

  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
