We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategy Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing market trends, developing strategic plans, and presenting insights to senior management to drive business growth and innovation.
How you’ll make an impact:
Presentation Development: Create compelling and visually appealing presentations and slides to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and support development of dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, communication, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in strategy analysis.
What you'll need (Required):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy analysis, management consulting, or a related field.
Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to create and deliver high-quality presentations and slides.
Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and financial modeling.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
