Senior Specialist, Digital Producer role will orchestrate digital marketing of 3 business units covering Asia Pacific (APAC), Greater China (China & Taiwan) and Japan with implementation, platform launches of our digital strategy towards patients, physicians and key opinion leaders through websites to increase patient and physician engagement with digital content.

The Senior Specialist, Digital Producer helps bring our creative ideas to life in the digital field. This role is the liaison for both internal marketing teams and IT Dev team, including UX, Creative, Strategy, and KPIs of platforms, with development, QA, and production partners to produce mid to large-scale projects.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Manage and maintain Edwards-owned digital destinations targeted at patients and healthcare providers (HCPs), such as websites and landing pages.

  • Plan and develop new websites strategies, including WeChat in China and Patients / HCP targeted websites throughout the JAPAC region. Align and collaborate with both the global BU and regional marketing teams to ensure consistency and appropriate localization.

  • Ensure all websites deliver an exceptional user experience and are optimized to meet Edwards’ Global digital strategic goals.

  • Manage launches, developments, and set KPIs.

  • Support regional and in-country marketers to enhance execution of digital programs, content creation, and promotional strategies to activate customers.

  • Drive redesign website development as necessary.

  • Collaborate with Scrum / Agile IT team and third party (outsourced) and ensure achievement of delivery.

What you'll need (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or/and certification in digital marketing

  • Minimum of three website launches and developments experience: Website development agency background preferred; who knows basics of UX, coding and CMS (Kentico and PHP Laravel).

  • Project Management skill - meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks through effective prioritization in order to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.

  • Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience.

  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.

  • Knowledge or experience working with or in JAPAC countries.

  • English and Mandarin proficiency written and spoken.

  • Agile / Scrum team experience is a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including technical, non-technical, peers, and leadership.

  • Collaborative and strong ability to influence without authority in a highly matrix organization.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of regional nuances in culture and business practices for implementing global digital programs.

  • Experience in medical device or pharma market environment.

  • The position is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Up to 20% travel required internationally.
