Edwards Lifesciences Product Manager, Digital Marketing in Nyon, Switzerland

The EU THV division (Transcatheter Heart Valves) of Edwards Lifesciences is committed to delivering high value content through digital channels to patients and healthcare professionals. In order to support decisions on campaign optimization and new programs, the marketing team is hiring a Product Manager, Digital Marketing, who will be responsible to grow digital marketing capabilities of EU THV Marketing.

Job Functions

1- Implement social media strategy and drive tactical execution for THV EU, including:

  • HCP social media outreach (editorial calendar & advertising)Patient social media outreach. (editorial calendar & advertising)Influencer mapping, engagement strategy and tactical execution in collaboration with content teams (Therapy Development, Evidence Marketing, Portfolio)

  • Social media listening: identification of THV EU needs, setup reports and dashboards. Monitor, optimize and derive insights for the broader team.

2-Develop and drive advanced digital analytics plan.

  • Augment existing reporting capabilities in order to make full use of collected data through Google Analytics and Marketo. Derive insights and disseminate to broader team

  • Define reporting requirements and collaborate with agency to ensure proper tagging

  • Through the in-depth analysis of reporting data, provide recommendations to the digital marketing team with regards to media optimization, editorial content (SEO) and UX

3- Professional education digital strategy & project management:

  • Provide strategic direction on digital interactions Prof Ed

  • Provide operational support to deliver high-value digital interactions

  • Identify platforms best suited to meet business objectives

  • Design user experience & audience interaction journey

  • Develop multi-channel strategy in order to maximize business impact

4- Other incidental duties: collaborate on ad-hoc projects, act as SME within marketing and beyond, support the team with QA on broader digital projects (e.g. website launch), support budget management and reporting (monthly budget tracking)

Required Education/Skills/Experience

  • Must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Digital Marketing experience 8-10 yrs

  • Social media management experience 3-6 years

  • Experience in the healthcare industry. Medical device or prescription pharma preferred.

  • Proficiency with social media listening & management platforms (Hootsuite, Talkwalker preferred)

  • Expert proficiency with digital analytics, including strong experience with Google Analytics and with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Qlikview

  • First-hand involvement in managing reporting and dashboards for digital marketing programs

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Solution driven and “patient first” mindset

  • Full proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Fluent in English

  • Good to have:

  • Bachelor in Marketing or higher degree

  • Fluency in one or several additional European languages

  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua or Pardot

  • Experience in international organizations

  • Experience dealing with agencies

  • Experience with online collaboration tools (Teams, Mural)

  • Good communication skills: ability to explain complex data in a simple manner
