Role Purpose:

日本/TMTT事業部における症例スクリーニングシステムやデータの管理、医師向けトレーニングイベントの提案・運営等を行う。症例情報をもとに機器、プロトコルに関する専門知識と臨床的洞察を提供する。

Job Functions / Essential Job Functions:

・すべての主要な関係者（Edwardsフィールドクリニカルスペシャリスト、海外プロクター、ローカルプロクターなど）に対する症例の情報共有ならびに情報管理

・現在のプロセスを評価し、複数の社内関係者と協力しながら、さまざまなシステム/プラットフォームとプロセスを最適化するための改善策をリードする

・臨床/医師教育プロジェクト/プログラムの開発および草案作成

・症例データベースの構築、分析、最適化、結果に関する分析等

・症例情報の管理、症例検討のためのプレゼンテーションの確認と管理、ビジネス/臨床のニーズに対応した患者症例データベースの開発・運営

Education, Experience, and Additional Skills:

・心エコーの経験3年以上

・構造的心疾患領域の知見

・英語での基礎的なコミュニケーション能力

・複数の関係者を巻き込んだプロジェクトやプログラムの管理・運用経験

TMTT 事業部について：

僧帽弁および三尖弁に閉鎖不全症を抱える弁膜症の患者さんは、複雑で多様な病態であるにも関わらず、治療の選択肢はまだ限られています。経カテーテル僧帽弁・三尖弁治療（TMTT；Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies）事業部は、カテーテルを使用した新たな低侵襲治療機器を開発・提供しています。日本では、2023年に僧帽弁閉鎖不全症患者さんに対する治療デバイスを上市し、エドワーズにおける新たな事業として活動を開始しています。
