How you will make an impact:

  • Sales Incentive Leadership towards stakeholders (Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, IT)

  • Sales Targets & Territory Assignments process management

  • Continues Improvement (Requirements Gathering, Testing and Training)

  • Bonus Incentives cycles support

  • Anaplan Models Change Management

  • Anaplan Data Quality for Sales Incentives

  • Modeling for Sales Incentives calculation and Sales Targets Assignments

  • Anaplan System Integrations Definition (E.g. Qlik, JDE, Workday)

What you'll need:

  • University degree and 5+ years of relevant working experience (e.g. FP&A or relevant finance background)

  • Knowledge in Sales Incentive Processes

  • Proficiency in English

  • Advanced analytics, MS Office is a must, Anaplan, Qlik experience is a plus

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, stakeholder management

This is a temporary role - maternity contract.
