Territory to be covered: Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Hungary, Croatia (travelling required).
Our candidates can be based in different locations (Dubai/Czech Rep/Italy/Greece/Poland/Spain).
You will make an impact by:
Providing education during the procedure on all aspects of the device, device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques related to equipment, tools and products required for device implants including full certification for independent case support. Acting as an expert to physician and other related hospital staff as well as EW personnel on assigned therapy.
Providing procedural analysis and feedback on product and training improvements and communicate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Clinical Development) on commercial learnings. Reviewing market and competitor information and proposing action plans to increase our position in the marketplace.
Providing technical expertise including imaging and gaining feedback from HCPs on assigned BU products and/or procedures.
Other incidental duties.
What you’ll need:
Min. 8 years of work experience in the industry - medical device (fields: TAVI, CRM, Electrophysiology, Heart Failure, AAA, cardiac surgery, echocardiography, vascular or similar) and/or clinical experience (from hospital environment - nurses, perfusionist) required
Training experience in clinical / technical environment preferred
Cath lab / OR / hybrid OR experience
Fluent English required
Experience managing a team highly preferred
Active car driver - company car provided
Ability & availability to travel extensively
What else we look for (Preferred):
Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and ability to operate general office machinery
Good written and verbal communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Moderate knowledge and understanding of cardiovascular science
Moderate understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology including the applications and “language” of the market and Edwards Lifesciences
Moderate understanding of medical device regulatory requirements and documents, device accountability and adverse events reporting
Moderate imaging analysis software skills (e.g. 3Mensio, TomTec, Vitrea, Circle VI, etc.)
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and strict attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
