Edwards Lifesciences Business Operations Sr. Analyst in Unterschleissheim, Germany

Initiates, plans, partners with functions, executes, controls and manages all aspects to ensure operational excellence

Key Responsibilities:

I. Lead improvement of operational processes in the commercial organization:

  • Leads mid-large scale commercial excellence projects and initiatives to increase efficiency of the commercial, such as:

  • Inventory management tool enhancements

  • Return process simplification

  • Streamlining and simplifying CRM tools

  • Support implementation of RFID

  • Contributing to the creation of an BU-specific operational roadmap strategy

  • Support and create synergies across functions on processes optimization.

II. Daily management of commercial operations :

  • Training field commercial team on operational processes

  • Track and monitor operational performance (ERP inventory accuracy, Consignment agreements signed, …)

  • Inventory control tower support

  • E&O optimization in partnership with GSC

  • EU S&OP process involvement

  • Keep up-to-date understanding on the operational pain points

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in in related field , 5 years of experience required

Experience in sales, sales management, commercial management, sales force excellence or commercial operations preferred

Experience in consulting Preferred

Additional Skills:

• Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives

• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills with ability to adapt to change

• Extensive understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing mid to large scale project plans

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

• Excellent understanding and work experience with project budgets and financial management

• Good leadership skills and ability to influence change

• Strict attention to detail

• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment

• Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects

• Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations

• Adhere to all company rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
